How Can You Ask A Question?

Right now my goal is to get as much information posted to this site as possible. I believe this is the best way to help the most amount of people. This will allows others to see the information, experiments, processes, and insight that I have cultivated throughout my years. I have seen it help others and it is my hope that it can help you too. 

I know this will not encompass everyone’s specific issues or questions, so please comment on our blog posts or under social media posts such as those on our Facebook page. This will also allow your questions to be visible to others and the collective has information I may not possess myself. 

I promise to answer as many questions as possible either directly or with future content as demand dictates. If your question is more personal, please post a comment about being interested in a coaching session. I am thinking about offering those in future.
