The Food Hub

Food is a part of life. It’s fuel, but I can’t help wanting a full sensory explosion. It goes beyond taste, to the colors, textures, and nostril filling pleasures. Sweet and savory, crispy and creamy — I love complex dishes and variety.

Unless you have deep pockets and can teleport around the world, you gotta know your way around the kitchen.

I don’t care about extravagance. I want simple, versatile and flavorful. And I want to eat real food.

Let’s break things down.

Recipes

This isn’t meant to be a cookbook. I can’t tell you how much anything makes, serving size or the calories. If you’ve got food experience, you should have a reasonable sense for things. If not, learn by doing.

If you make a recipe and take better pictures that I have, I’ll replace mine with your! Just post them and tag me.
