Most tuna salad has diced onions and celery. This recipe has neither. I used to think adding eggs was fancy, but this combination of ingredients would impress even the snoodiest inner duchess.

Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) can white tuna, drained and
flaked - 3 to 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/8 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 pinch garlic powder
Tips
Do yourself a favor and double, triple or even quadruple the recipe!
Start with half the mayo. You can always add more later.
Directions
In a bowl, stir together the tuna, relish and 3 tablesppons of the mayonnaise.
Add the cheese and onion flakes.
Then mix in the curry powder, parsley, dill and garlic powder.
Add additional mayonnaise if desired.
Serve with crackers, lettuce wraps, or on a sandwich.
